INGREDIENTS

300 ml Creamy Mayonnaise – Not Salad Dressing

3 Tablespoons Non Blonde IPA

2 Tablespoon Tomato Paste or Tomato Sauce

1 Teaspoon Italian Leaf Parsley – finely chopped

1 Teaspoon Salt – Kosher

1 Teaspoon Onion, Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1/2 Teaspoon Anchovy Paste or 1 Anchovy Fillet – finely chopped

1/2 Teaspoon Four Peppercorn Blend – freshly cracked

2 Teaspoon French Mustard

2 Teaspoon Capers – finely chopped

1-2 Teaspoon Red Tabasco Sauce

3 Pickled Onions

1 Clove Garlic – pressed

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, add the Mayonnaise, IPA, tomato paste / tomato sauce, parsley, salt, onion powder, cayenne pepper, anchovy, peppercorns, capers, Tabasco, pickled onions and garlic.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Let sit for 5 minutes, letting the flavours infuse.

Taste, and adjust seasonings to your liking, adding more hot sauce or cayenne pepper if you want more spicy kick.
