Enjoy a sweet and sour cocktail with this apricot Collins recipe.
It’s blended with fruit brandy, gin, and lemon juice for a tangy, refreshing Beer Cocktail.
15 ml Gin
15 ml Apricot Liqueur
15ml Lemon juice
Strain into a Collins glass.
Top with 178 ml Non Blonde IPA
Place all ingredients, bar the IPA, into a shaker containing ice.
Shake well.
Strain and pour into a Collins Glass
Garnish with a sliver of dried apricot.
