A mezcal and beer cocktail mixed up with passion fruit syrup for a tropical swing with a hoppy IPA.
45 ml Mezcal
30 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Passion Fruit Syrup
2-3 dashes Citrus Bitters
250 ml Non Blonde IPA
Into a shaker of ice, shake together the Mezcal, Lemon juice, Passion fruit syrup, and a dash of bitters.
Shake for about 12 shakes.
Strain into a pint glass, halfway filled with ice.
Top off with the Non Blonde IPA and garnish it with a lemon twist.
