This is our take on this iconic cocktail.
2 Tots Spiced Rum
Juice of Half a Lime
1 1/2 Parts Simple Syrup
8 Mint Leaves
1 x 330 ml Non Blonde Hemp Munich Dunkel
Muddle the simple syrup and mint leaves
Add to an ice-filled shaker. Add the Rum and shake.
Double strain.
Pour into a glasses filled with ice.
Top up with the Munich Dunkel.
Garnish with lime and mint.
