This drink looks a bit like a shandy however the addition of Amaro Montenegro adds a wonderful complexity.
45 ml Amaro Montenegro
45 ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
22 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15 ml Simple Syrup
1 Lemon Slice, for garnish
Add the amaro, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Double strain (pour through a Hawthorne strainer over a fine-mesh strainer) into a chilled beer glass.
Top with Pilsner.
Garnish with the lemon wheel and serve.
