60 ml Tequila
30 ml Grapefruit Juice
15 ml Lime Juice
15 ml Simple Syrup
Grapefruit Wedge for garnish
Place the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake 15 times.
Double strain into a glass filled with ice.
Top with the Pilsner and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
